Alternative Assignments

Dear students,

I want you to have the chance to listen to something in English during the days we won´t have classes. I came across this guy and his rules for learning English. Watch and listen to three of his videos and comment on whether you agree or diasgree on the rules he recommends. Be critical! Give your personal views or examples based on your personal experience in learning English.

Rule No. 1: Learn complete phrases not isolated words
Rule No. 2: Do not study grammar rules

Dear students,

Though we are half of the course ahead, it is never too late to start our class blog. Let's get started by watching this video 1 and understand the importance of using technology in our classroom. Have you ever thought about the importance of digital literacy in our present society? Are you preparing yourself for this? Watch the video 2 and send your opinion in this entry.
